Talbot felt Lia's hands in his hair and drew closer to her neck, breathing in her scent as one of his hands wandered back down to the small of her back. He pushed on her lower back, drawing her hips closer, which seemed impossible to the average observer, as he continued to sway his body to the music. he found himself kissing and nipping at her neck, shoulders, ear, anything he could reach before turning his attention to the other side to continue his assault of lips and teeth. It was fairly light and quick, leaving no marks behind and not lingering on any one spot for longer than a second.
He was fighting to control himself, usually not getting this carried away until he knew he was somewhere quite and private, knowing he could continue if allowed. Talbot pulled his head back, closing his eyes briefly before setting his forhead against Lia's. He needed to cool off for a second or he was afraid he'd do something he would be rather embarrassed about when he had to face Lia in class next week. He leaned in close to her ear to make sure he was heard over the music. "Drink break?" He prayed she agreed, allowing him to get his barings again.

Lia was completely lost in the sensations that Talbot's attentions were causing her. She had absolutely no concept of time and when he finally pulled away from her and set his forehead against hers it seemed as though they had been lost in each other both forever and only an instant. When she finally caught her breath, Lia looked up into Talbot's eyes asking silently why on earth he'd stopped doing what he was doing.
She was about to verbalize her question when he leaned in close to her again and asked "Drink break?" She wanted to plead with him to keep dancing but the tone in his voice made it clear he wasn't as ready to jump into this as she was. Shrugging, she kissed him tenderly on the side of his neck then pulled herself out of his embrace, twining the fingers of her left hand with those of his right, and led him to the bar.
Once they emerged from the crowd on the dance floor, Lia waited for Talbot to get even with her and she slipped her arm cozily about his waist. Only once she was situated did she realize that he might maybe not want her there as he had been the one to pull away. A little worried that she'd overstepped her bounds, she started to pull her arm from around his waist and started to put a little more distance between them.

Talbot breathed a small sigh of relief at being able to sit and collect his wits about him. Cian was going to pay especially if this all turned out horrible and he got another professor fired. He felt Lia's fingers entwine with his and was happy that he hadn't offended her. He was actually enjoying himself, but he just hadn't wanted to get carried away.
Talbot allowed himself to be pulled through the crowd and toward the bar, holding lightly to Lia's hand so they didn't get separated in the mass of people, even though the club wasn't big enough to keep them from finding eachother again. He had been afraid that Lia, under a normal state ofmind, would regret being so up close and personal with him, but she didn't seem to mind at the moment, and they had both been given a moment to cool off.
He smiled when he caught up with her, feeling her arm around his waist, but it faltered a bit when she hesitated and started to pull back. Was she starting to regret it now? Or did she think he did? Talbot slide his arm around her waist and pulled her back towards him, hip to hip, and continued the last couple feet to the bar. He spun her around and placed her at the bar. The stools had been shifted around and left on open space large enough for a person to stand at, as all the stools were currently occupied. He let Lia fill that space, stepping up behind her. Talbot let her order as he thought about working this out so neither of them were embarrassed or weirded out during class.

Cera still frozen in her corner cautiously eyed the man now pinning her in this corner. "Bite me?" she looked around the room from under the mans arms and scoped the dance floor area, wondering if there was anyone who might actually just go around biting people for kicks. These kinds of dodgy places always had them.
Returning her eyes back up to this one in front of her she stared into his dark blue eyes and felt a sense of.... security? No that wasn't it, she couldn't quite pin point what his gaze did to her but she relaxed a little staring into them. When he eased his arm around her she immediately froze back up again, a small pathetic whimper escaped her but was droned out by the beat as she was steered past all the dancers to the bar area.
"Cian? As like Keen?" She talked over her shoulder as she was pushed past others all the while saying excuse me, pardon me to all the other patrons in this place. Whether or not they heard her wasn't really that important to her because she still had to use them even if no one acknowledged them. "My name is Cera, but not Cera with an 'S' its C-E-R-A make sure you get that right cause not a lot of people..."
She didn't have time to finish her sentence as she was plopped into a bar seat. Cian asked her what she wanted to drink. Drink? She had never had a drink before, nor did she want to, all kinds of sorts of people drank and they weren't the best of character. Cera knew she wanted water but didn't speak up she didn't want to embarrass herself in front of Cian. Turning to the bartender and looking at the shelves of alcohol behind them she became overwhelmed.
She looked up at Cian pathetically, "I don't know, I have never had anything before..." looking again at the shelves she frowned.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Erika wasn't having much luck on the dance floor tonight, most everyone out there tonight was more involved in the partner they had already but that didn't really impede her. She danced on, sipped and spilled her drink, and went on. Finally hitting the bottom of her glass, she looked up in the direction of where Cera was last, but she was not there. Cera might have been able to hold her own but never being in place like this she might have run home.
Scanning the room fast she saw a flash of pink moving toward the bar area. Why in the gods name would she of all beings head over there, Cera wouldn't do that, it was just to.... dark for her. Zig zagging through the people she followed the pink to the bar and saw her sitting in the stools looking pathetic as she normally would in a place like this. Relief now filling her fear as she saw who she was with at the bar.
Cian. A smug smile came to her face as she thought of her time with Cian. Cera wasn't the first to be seduced by this one and she wouldn't be the last. Even she fell to his charm once, having quite a fun time on the floor, and even more fun later on back at her apartment. Naturally she parted ways and she saw him every now and again in the club always making the time to come over and say hello, no matter who Cian was seducing his way into their pants was.
Making her way to Cera and her 'escort' for the evening, she came up behind Cera and tugged her hair a bit to get her attention and gave Cian a short squeeze around his shoulders. She smiled and set her glass down, turned to the bartender "Yeah its okay for her to have one, this one is sure to look out for her." She turned her attention to Cian before ordering her next glass, "Hey this one is my baby sister, you be nice with her." She jokingly pointed her finger in his face and smiled.
When Talbot, not leaving any room for interpretation, wrapped his arm firmly about her waist Lia smiled excitedly. For probably the first time in her life she felt like a giddy little school girl who was finally getting to be with her crush. And as that thought flickered through her mind, Lia snickered silently. Her, a sweet little innocent school girl? Riiight!
As Talbot led her to the bar, Lia saw the space in the stools he was aiming for and let herself be guided into it. The look Sooz gave her was very cryptic but Lia just stuck out her tongue at the woman. She was having fun and nobody was going to ruin that for her. Once Sooz made her way down to Lia and Talbot, and they'd both ordered their next round of drinks, Lia turned to face him. She leaned back against the bar, her elbows resting on it for support, and she tilted her head up to look at him. She could tell he was scrambling to figure something out and she had a rather good inkling of what that might be.
Before he could say anything or ask anything she said loud enough for only him to hear, "I was born a little over a century before Eris started the Trojan War. I am a follower of Eris and whatever Chaos this," and here she gestured at the both of them, "causes in my life I will revel in. Talbot, I like you. I can't believe I was so blind as to not notice earlier just what you are." At this point she was shaking her head in amazement at herself. Then continuing wryly she said, "I've been surrounded by humans for way too long."
This next part was going to be tricky if she didn't want to scare him off but Lia decided blunt would be probably be best. Pushing herself away from the bar, Lia reached her arms up to his shoulders and clasped her hands loosely behind his neck as she leaned in closer. In almost a whisper she finished, "If you have feelings at all for me like I do for you please don't hold back. I know I'm your teacher but I honestly don't care so please don't let it bother you either."
Hoping she wasn't about to push him away completely, Lia leaned up on tip toes and brushed her lips gently against Talbot's and then pulled far enough away to look him in the eyes. She wanted to see his reaction, and hopefully it wouldn't be as bad as she was dreading.
Talbot smiled at the bartender and noted that she seemed to know Lia, most likely from how often she came to the clubs. Even though Tale came often, rather predictably so, he never lingered at the bar for very long periods of time, opting to stay in the music and possibly seduce the night's lover. After they ordered their drinks he felt Lia turn around, his eyes immediately finding hers as he smiled, though his mind was still a bit lost as to where they were going to go from here.
He got his answer as Lia began to speak, starting off with 'I was born..' which is a very personal way to start a sentance in such a room full of strangers. This caught Talbot's attention fully and he realized at that point that she was only speaking loud enough for him to hear. He was surprised at what she was telling him, but quite happily so. The past incident he'd had was all his own power, his own fault, but Lia had said she liked him and being a follower of Eris she most likely wouldn't back away for any outside reason. He smirked at her comment about being around humans too long. He knew what she meant, if to a lesser extent; the company of humans does tend to dull the Custos senses.
His eyes were riveted to Lia's as she put her arms up around his neck, leaning closer. His heartbeat sped up at the words, and he idly wondered if this was what getting seduced felt like, but the though was pushed aside as she leaned up on her tip toes to kiss him lightly. As soon as she leaned up his hands were at her waist on instinct, but as she kissede him they moved around to her lower back. He almost followed her when she pulled back, but his eyes caught hers again and he understood the need to see his reaction. He gave his best smile, a real smile, before he leaned down to kiss her, this time with a bit more pressure and some of that passion they'd had on the dance floor.
Talbot slowly pulled back after a bit of time, smile still on his face as he spoke. "Though I am not a man of chaos, but one of dreams, it can be welcomed if it is for something I truely want. I do like you, Lia, more than I probably should given my nature, but I find myself not caring about the consequences at the moment." He sealed his response with a kiss, though shorter than that last.
Lia wanted to dance with joy as Talbot answered her honestly with a kiss. The kiss wasn't as out of control as they had been on the dance floor, in fact it was more thoughtful while still being tinged with passion. Oh she'd found a good one alright! And to think, he'd been sitting in her classes off and on for the past year or more.
When Talbot pulled himself away from her and spoke, Lia was beaming. She was so rediculously happy. She listened as he told her how he felt and while he wasn't as overwhelmingly absorbed in her as she was in him at the moment she could still be happy. If he was willing to give it a chance it deffinately meant something could develope over time. And as Custoss, they had more than enough time.
When he leaned down to kiss her again Lia tangled her fingers in the hair at the nape of his neck and pulled him a little closer to her before he pulled away. When he finally did, she smiled up at him and asked, "So, now what?" She was asking about what up next on the agenda for the evening but she realized the same question could be applied to their budding relationship as well as how to handle the whole teacher/student thing.
Wanting to see where his mind took him, Lia didn't clarify what exactly she'd been asking about. Instead she looked around the club for Cian. He'd dissappeared a while ago and she wanted to thank him immensely. She vaguely remembered him mentioning something about pink and when she saw a flash of it at the other end of the bar she looked closer. Her efforts were well rewarded when she saw Cian's smiling face as he stood rather protectively near a young woman wearing pink. She would deffinately have to thank the crazy Custos later, she knew exactly what he had done, to get her and Talbot practically going at it out on the dance floor, now that her mind was clear.
Cian grinned and ordered a glass of the house white for Cera. "Something dignifed, I think." He turned his head around when he heard a familair voice. Ahhh...Erika. Sometimes his lovers became friends after the fact. Erika, like Talbot, was one of those people. He pressed a kiss into her cheek and grinned at her. "Haven't seen you around here for a while. And don't worry, Love, I'll be sure to be gentle with her. I always am with the ones that remind me of scared deer." Cian turned back to Cera and smiled. "That was a compliment, just so you know."
Cian ordered another bottle of beer and stared between the two girls before he finally realized exactly what Erika had said. "So you are the sister she bet against. Not very nice of you." Cian grabbed up his bottle and leaned against the bar. He had designs on the chair next to Cera and planned on stealing it the moment it was vacated. He glanced down the bar to see Lia and Talbot. He caught Lia looking at him and winked. He'd caught the tale end of that last kiss.
Talbot found himself reluctant to pull away from this kiss as well, but he managed it well enough. He stayed close to Lia, arms still wrapped around her and head still lowered slightly. He heard her question and was about to answer when he hesitated, seeing the double meaning behind it. He knew what he wished to happen for the rest of the night, but what about after that? Cian was the last exclusive relationship he'd had, but that was different then now. Something was different about Lia that he couldn't quite place, but they had time, and he knew he at least wanted to be only with Lia. They could work the rest out later.
Talbot focused on his possible plan for the rest of the night, some of his previous flirtacious Incubus nature coming back to the forefront. He smirked and leaned in a bit closer before he spoke, just above a whisper. "We should finish our drinks, but maybe one more dance?" A light kiss was placed on her lips. "Then lets leave this crowded place." He kissed her again, this one a bit more passionate than the one before. He would leave where they went up to her, of course.
Talobt had seen Lia looking around earlier, and her gaze had lingered around the bar, so he looked up for a moment, hoping she had found Cian. He still had to yell at him for all of his meddling. And then thank him, of course. Cian was lucky all of this turned out okay, at least the part he meddled in, because that left him safe from Talbot's wrath. He caught sight of him and gave him a short glare, but it softened and he smiled briefly before returning his attention to Lia. Though they obviously both wanted tobe together, there were still many chances for some big complcations, but they'd dealwith those when they came. He wanted to enjoy as much of this as he could for as long as he could.
With each one of his kisses, Lilianna became more and more entranced by Talbot. When he took the easy way out from her question and just answered in regards to the evening, Lia nodded happily at his plan. She hadn't really wanted to discuss them or class in such a public place.
At his mention of their drinks, Lia turned to see what had become of them and saw them sitting on the bar behind her. Sooz was nowhere in sight so Lia just grabbed them both and handed Talbot his as he gazed down the bar in Cian's direction.
Drinks, a dance, and then they'd leave. That was the plan. Lia couldn't help but wonder just where Talbot had in mind for them to go to after leaving though. It would seem awful presumptuous of her to invite him back to her place, and even more so to invite herself to his. She didn't even know for sure what his intentions were for the rest of the night.
Then, with a small smirk playing at the corners of her mouth she remembered how hot things had gotten on the dance floor, and he had asked for another dance. If things went even somewhat like they had before, Lia had little doubt what both of their intentions would be for the 'after party'. They would figure that out after the dance.
As soon as she finished her drink, Lia set the glass down on the counter and leaned over it hollering for Sooz. When the other woman made her way back down to her, Lia asked for her purse so she could pay for their drinks as they would be leaving after another round on the dance floor. "I'll get you for it next weekend hun," was all Sooz gave her for an answer before she sauntered off down to the other end to help another customer. Lia blinked, a little confused, and then smiled. Sooz tended to spoil her and as she could likely tell how Lia's evening was going, she didn't want to bother the woman with paying for drinks.
She was just standing back up when one of her favorite songs came on and she hooked a finger in Talbot's shirt collar and squeezed past him and headed back out to the dance floor. "Come on Talbot, this is a good one and I want to dance with you some more," she said as she backed away from him towards the crowd.
Talbot was brought back around to Lia when he was handed his drink and was being quick to finish it. He was watching Lia's expression to see if she had made up her mind. He had been too busy looking for Cian, more to let him know they would probably be leaving soon, but Cian had been wrapped up in that 'innocent' one he had talked about before.
He was finished with his drink quickly, as the glasses didn't come very large with how much alcohol goes into them. Talbot placed his glass on the bar and saw that little smirk before Lia leaned over to call the bartender over. He had every intention of pulling her back and paying for the drinks himself before she could, but when the bartender came around he heard the comment. Apparently they didn't need to pay this week, although he had planned in it anway. Before the bartender walked away, that is.
Talbot was going to put money down anyway, but his attention was drawn to Lia as her finger was hooked into the collar of his t-shirt. He smiled as she called him out to the dance floor. He followed, of course, and made sure to catch up to her, grabbing her hands and pulling her closer as they searched for a good spot in the crowd. When they managed to find a spot Tale was quick to pull Lia up against him, letting his hands settle around her waist and letting his body follow hers as they began to dance. Judging by the look he had seen on her face earlier she had thought over his suggestion. She had taken to the dancing part, which he had, though he wouldn't admit so to Cian, greatly enjoyed.
Talbot was left to wonder how long she would draw out the dancing, and where she would choose to go once they left. He had a few ideas in mind, especially if they got as worked up on the dance floor as they had before. His place would be a safe bet if they wanted to be alone. He didn't have a roommate and he lived off campus. The only problem would have been Cian, who occationally crashed there after they went clubbing, but since it was his wicked plan to set them up, he doubted Cian would come around tonight. Tale found himself distracted from this thoughts as he got into dancing. The music was putting him in a daze again, not to mention the feel of Lia pressed up against him once again.
Cera stared down at the glass placed in front of her, it looked yellow and smelled like funny grape juice, kind of. Keeping her eyes down on the glass she felt Cian's eyes on her and lifted her head to grab the glass when her hair got pulled. Knocking her off her guard she tensed up and spun around relatively shocked when it was Erika. Even more disturbing Cian had now kissed her sister, on the cheek, but still what was that about?
Feeling a little panicked, snapping at Cian "I am not a scar..." She trailed off, he said it was a compliment...what kind of compliment was that. Cera really now felt like leaving, just getting up and running out the door. Pretending to stare down at her glass and fidgeting in her seat she eyed her sister and Cian, no she couldn't leave. She felt her sister hug her, not only would she lose this bet with her sister but Cian would be upset.
Now fully looking at him, while his attention was down the bar, he defiantly was cute but defiantly not someone that she would normally see. His black hair was long and his eyes.... oh gods his eyes. Coming back to herself she continued to scan this man who seemed so interested in her. All dressed in black and being in a relatively dark club, she couldn't really see much. But all the same she still liked him, even though she was still scared of him.
Picking up the glass in front of her she sipped it, swallowed and made an awful sour face. Grabbing a napkin she wiped her tongue and mouth trying to get that taste out. Putting the glass down on the bar, she shuddered and and stared up at Cian and Erika with a pathetic face of a two year old who just ate something they didn't like. "Is it supposed to be like that? If it is how can people drink that.... yughk!!"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Erika grinned evilly when Cian found out it was her that made this bet with his innocent one... she reveled in her evil. "Yes I am that one, and when have I really been that nice Cian." Looking down at Cera she looked so pathetic, wanting to leave. She kept moving around in her seat and knowing her sister she knew that's what she does when she is uncomfortable. Moving out of Cian's reach she leaned down to Cera and gave her a half hug and eyed the person in the seat next to Cera. Hmmm he wasn't quite someone to keep but he might make a good partner on the dance floor. Standing up she caught Cera in the midst of spitting out her drink and asking if it was supposed to be like that.. Laughing she squeezed her sister's shoulder and stole the man from the bar, turned and winked at Cian and disappeared in the crowd dragging her toy for the night.

The feelings that had overwhelmed Lia on the dance floor earlier had once again surged into her when Talbot pulled her close to him. Moving in rhythm with each other as well as the music, it was very easy for Lia to get lost in the music and in Talbot. She wasn't sure how many songs had played when she finally dragged Talbot off the dance floor but she did note that the place was even more crowded than before.
Slightly out of breath, a little sweaty, and quite warm, Lia leaned in close to Talbot and whispered, "Ready to go?" She wasn't about to ask him where he wanted to go, not here in this crowded place, but she hoped, really hoped it was somewhere that they could give in to their mutual heritage.

Talbot was pulled out of his haze as Lia began to pull him off the dance floor. He frowned at the crowd, as it seemed to have gotten larger and more congested since they had started dancing. He was forced to pay more attention to make sure he didn't get seperated from Lia, but let out a small sigh of relief when they got through the crowd and off the dance floor.
Talbot smiled as Lia leaned in close, taking the opportunity to breathe in here scent once again as he managed to catch her whisper. He was quite ready to go, but she hadn't mentioned where she wished to go. Tale would give her the choice when they were outside, away from all the people and the noise. He leaned down and whispered his reply. "Of course, my dear. Lead the way." He followed as she retrieved her things from behind the bar, taking the time to glace around for Cian to catch his eye and let them know they were leaving. Once she was ready he slipped his arm around her waist as they made their way outside.
Once out in the quieter setting of the late night city streets, the music muted by the heavy club doors,Tale turned Lia towards him. "Now, out destination is up to you." Since she hadn't offered one so far, he decided to give a few options and let her know he'd follow her to where ever she chose. "We could go anywhere you wish; a restaurant, cafe, the park, anywhere. We could even go back to my place, which is empty. Or if you'd feel more comfortable at your place? Choose and I follow." He was praying she'd choose somewhere more quiet, private. He wanted to see where this would lead the two of them if they were alone, though he already had a good idea. But he said it was up to her, and he'd keep his word and follow her to whatever destination she chose, like a gentleman. He really hated having to be the gentleman sometimes...

After grabbing her stuff from behind the bar, and fending off another odd glance from Sooz, Lia and Talbot headed outside. When he slipped his arm around her waist as they made their way through the crowd, Lia couldn't help but be ecstatic. Something about having physical contact with Talbot just made her blood sing.
Outside in the cool night air, Lia fought not to shiver as she pulled her coat on over her exposed skin. With the coat on, she was still a bit cold but she was instantly distracted from that when Talbot turned her towards him and asked her where she wanted to go for the rest of the night. She listened to his suggestions and smiled when he offered for them to go back to his place.
Even though she was more than happy to go straight back to his place, all the dancing had worked up a bit of an appetite and so she asked, "Do you get delivery at your place?" She was almost betting it would but she had to ask just in case. She wasn't really in the mood to cook and she didn't want Talbot to be distracted from whatever else happened by having to cook either.

Talbot heard the question and smirked. Food definately sounded good, especially since it was obvious that Lia was interested in going to his place. "Of course it does. I only live a block from campus, after all." He slipped his arms around her waist, partly out of a need to be closer to her, but also to gain a bit more warmth, as he had opted not to bring a jacket. "What do you want delivered?"
He made sure to keep an ear open for Lia's answer as he saw a cab makes its way down the street, flagging it down as it came closer. He pulled the door open and moved to let Lia in, making sure to move right up next to her. Talbot gave the driver his address before settling back into the seat with his arm around Lia's shoulder. He leaned in and whispered. "You're warm." He smirked as he placed his other hand on her knee, certain that they were probably cold. "Any thought on what you'd like to eat?"

Cian grinned at Cera's reaction to the house's white wine and chuckled. He paid for the drink and smiled at the girl as he claimed the seat Erika's friend had just 'vacated.' "It grows on you after a while." Cian grin grew even wider when he saw Lia and Talbot head back to the dance floor. "So, Miss, if you normally don't go to these sorts of places, where do you go?"
While he waited for an answer, Cian pondered just how to get the girl out of her pink sweater. That color had always gotten him in trouble. To him, the color pink on a innocent woman was like a candy apple red Porsche Carrera GT to a car collector. Trouble waiting to happen and the causing of drool. Cian glanced around the collection of people jockeying for position around the bar and griined. He had a plan.
Cian slide out of his seat and let himself be jostled around by the crowd until someone bumped him just right and he was pitched forward enough so that his beer sloshed out of the battle and spashed down the front of her sweater. "Oh, I'm sorry it's just that these people are so pushy. Kinda like zebra at the watering hole."
Cian glared around at a few people and smirked when he saw Lia and Talbot leaving. It seemed that this night was going to be quite lovely.

Being inside a cab, pressed up close to Talbot, Lia was only somewhat aware of what was going on. She was going back to Talbot's place, he was a student of hers, and the evening was likely to get more than a little heated. Instead of having any sort of misgivings, Lia was ecstatic. She was a chaos Custos after all, the possible repercussions were worth whatever could develope from this. And she was sure something would just because of their reactions to each other. Not to mention the way they had finally been thrown together...
As Talbot gave the cabbie his address and whatever instructions he would need, Lia couldn't help but wonder if Eris had something to do with this. She had a sneaky feeling that more than just Cian had meddled to get these two involved. After all, Lia finding her car broken into right at the time that Cian and Talbot were in the parking lot was a bit suspicious. Her goddess had been telling her for a while that while Chaos was all well and good, having somebody stable in one's life was even better.
When Talbot asked what Lia wanted food-wise, she had completely missed his comment about her being warm, she was snapped out of her thoughts and she turned and smiled at him. "I dunno, pizza, chinese, italian, mexican. Anything really, I'm not too picky." And she wasn't, right now she was too entranced by the feel of Talbot's arm around her shoulders and his hand on her knee. Even through her pants she could feel the warmth of his hand. Leaning her head on his shoulder, Lia watched the city's lights go by out the window. It wasn't long before they were back near the college campus and the cab was coming to a halt.

Talbot smiled when Lia leaned her head against his shoulder as he thought about what what the closest place to get delivery from at this time of night. He had decided that the chinese place was the closest and they always stayed open ungodly late on the weekends to satisfy the colleges students' late night munchies. As the cab came to a stop outside of his place his shifted to reach the wallet in his back pocket, trying not to disturb Lia too much just yet as he liked the feel of her against him, and paid the cab fair.
The sidewalk was on Lia's side, and his height gave him the advantage of long arms, so it was easy to lean across her to open the door for her. He followed her out of the cab and yanked his keys out of his back pocket before slipping an arm around her and leading her up the walk of the two-story townhouse infront of them. The house was small, but it was plenty of room for him and he had a guest room for if any of his friends needed a place to crash, so it worked. Tale made quick work of unlocking the door and showing Lia in before closing it behind them.
His sandles were immediately kicked off at the door and smirked at Lia. "I hate wearing shoes." He emptied his pockets at the small table by the door before turning to Lia. "Here, let me take your coat. I'm sure its warm in here." Talbot liked to keep the heat up to a nice toasty level, as he usually wore as little as possible around the house. He helped Lia out of her coat before hanging on a small coat rack that only have a couple of Tale's own jackets hanging on it. He then proceeded to lead his guest into the livingroom and to the couch as he snatched the cordless phone on the way by the end table the base was perched on.
Talbot flopped onto the couch and patted the spot next to him for Lia. "Come on, sit down and get comfortable." Once she was settled he slid an arm over her shoulders and pulled her closer. "Now, the chinese place is the closest and stays open the latest. The only question now is, what do you want?" He smiled, already knowing what he wanted, as he usually ordered the same thing everytime. He didn't think Lia needed a menu, as all chinese places basically served the same things.

Cera ran her fingers around the brim of the glass and smiled as her sister left, only glancing up from her spacey gaze at her glass to Cian when he spoke to her. Putting on a happily pathetic smile she thought that no matter how much she had, she wouldn't like this.
Turning around away from the bar she stared up into Cian's eyes thinking of a response to his question, honestly she didn't really go out that much. Really she went out to lunch with co-workers and family but tended to hide away in her apartment. Quickly thinking she replied "I really just am by myself a lot but I really do like to go out and shop for things! I don't really love it but even still its nice to go out and buy pretty things."
Watching Cian stand up after she responded, Cera thought that maybe she boring him, "I do go out to coffee houses every once in a while to meet new people.."
Cera was cut off there because as Cian was up people ran into him and knocked him over half falling on top of her. Sheepishly grinning she gave him a 'its ok' smile and was getting ready to continue with her story until he mentioned something about people and looked down.
Squealing in a high pitch scream, over powering the music for a moment, she began to panic. Her new sweater and it was sloshed with alcohol. She knew this was a bad idea. Grabbing any and every napkin on the counter top she began to pat down and sop up all the liquid before it had gotten into the fibers. Whining, she realized that it was already too late. All down the front of her sweater was beer and soaking in fast, no amount of patting would absorb that.
Giving up she threw the napkins down and held her hands to her face and began to cry. "Why did I even come here tonight!" Tears now welling up in her eyes she looked up at Cian, "My sweater is ruined I..." beginning to sob she stood up and made a run for the bathroom. If she couldn't rub it out, she had to wash it out, hopefully diluting it.
Scanning for the ladies room, she made her way there and ran immediately for the sink with a fistful of paper towels. Running the water over the towel she began to rub off her sweater, but to no avail. All she was doing to her sweater was making it wetter.
Attempting to put on the now soaked thing, she stared at herself in the mirror. She looked awful, her face was all puffy and red, her sweater was nearly dripping wet, and now because of her half attempt to wash it and putting it back on she was getting her under shirt all soaked.
Coming out of the bathroom she looked around for Cian, trying to keep up her 'its ok' routine even though the scene she just made, she came back. Putting of one of her brave yet very pathetic faces, she faced Cian again. "I think I wanna go home now.."
