Character name: Cersei/Shri'illyr
(For Magic Users)
Powers: Telekinesis, Mindspeech with draconic counterpart; ability to shift to draconic form. Some knowledge of the arts arcane - potions, charms, ect.
Alliegence: Neutral
Age: 26
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Hetero
Appearance: Cersei stands 5'3, with straight, waist-length silver-blonde hair of which she is unreasonably proud, pale porcelain skin, and eyes of a violet blue. Her figure is slender but well-curved, and can usually be found clad in clothing of black, made of a fantastical variety of fine materials. Cersei is extremely fond of her own reflection, and spends much time admiring it. Stunningly beautiful, she knows it, and tends toward narcissism.
Shri'illyr is a dragon of fairly small stature - only perhaps 10' in length from the tip of her nose to the tip of her tail. Vibrantly coloured in hues of silver and violet, 'illyr is difficult to overlook - every bit as much a peacock as her human soul, though perhaps less of a troublemaker.
History: Cersei was born to simple farmers in northern Iowa, second of eight children and by far the most difficult. Her family loved her dearly, but was at a complete loss as to what to do with her... they'd never admit it, but when she disappeared one day shortly after her third birthday, everyone heaved a sigh of relief. Oh, the missing child alerts went out, and they searched high and low for the child, and her mother still hasn't forgiven herself for wondering why she'd been saddled with such a burden... but somewhere deep inside, everyone was glad to be rid of her.
Cersei, however, had gone on to an adventure. The land she'd been spirited away to had no name in common knowledge, and no place in the world she'd come from - much as she had had no place. Cersei was accepted into the temple, made handmaiden to the Queen-Priestess, and allowed to discover her mirror-side... the dragon Shri'illyr, a second soul housed in her small frame, waiting to be released. With 'illyr, Cersei could soar to great heights, exploring the world, venturing far into the unknown...
But for her pride. Cersei was just as fractuous in her second home as she'd been in her first, and within a decade the Queen-Priestess and her priestesses were more than ready to disavow themselves of the young woman - proud, arrogant, and unwilling to learn to control her impulses. Cersei's training was finished, because the temple would not send the half-trained out into the world, but the rank of priestess was denied her, until she could learn control and dedication. Shunning the temple, Cersei fled her second land, returning to the world of her birth... there to wreck havoc as only she can.
