First off, I would like to apologize: I don't do 'brief' histories or character backgrounds. I'd like to think they are dense, at the very least. However, when I post I do my best to make it suscint and to the point. Anyway, at least Maira will have something to read...
Character Name: Craig Anthony LeGuin
Age/Birthday: 34; birthday: January 21
Gender: Male

Complexion: I never know how to answer this question… he is caucasion, but looks as those he has some moderately dark ancestors not very far back in history. Probably Native American.
Teeth: the normal amount and type
Height: 5’10”
Weight: He seems.. dense. Fit, but thick. His He's always been this way, even before he started working out. if he were shorter, he would be described as stocky; yet somehow, he remains graceful.

None
Piercings:
None
Scars:
The tip of his right pinky, and where he got his appendix removed 2 years ago.
Personality
Clean freak. He carries antibacterial hand gel with him, everywhere, and usually Lysol wipes, and a comb. Doesn’t like dirt. Drives him nuts when people don’t clean off the counter, or use a napkin, when they make toast. Can’t stand sponges, because they collect and grow germs. Compulsively washes his hands. Always wears gloves, and keeps a breathing mask in his pocket, just in case. Plays the cello.
‘Basic’ History:
Parents: Marcus and Annette LeGuin
Close Friends: mentor: Dr. Martin, Best friend in college: Paul Yelding. He’s a musician. Plays wind instruments, his favorite being the Oboe. They were in the USC Thorton Orchestra together. Good relationship with his sister and mother, but doesn’t see them often. Also quite close to his cousin, David; they play old computer games, and watch British comedies, whenever they can manage to get together.
Significant Other: none currently
Interests/Hobbies:
Enjoys: sailing; classical music, especially the cello; the musical: “The Phantom of the Opera”; has an odd taste for British comedy. Has an endearing, deep laugh. Likes to write, but has never published anything he’s written. Enjoys John Grisham Novels. Oh, and I should note that since becoming a hunter, he has pursued those types of activeties that would best help him hunt and kill his prey. I should probably list what those are, but it's 4:30 in the morning, so I'll figure that out later.
Education:
~College: USC
~~~Major: Medicine, Pathology (PhD, in fact.)
~~~Minor: Music
Intelligence: high
Occupation: Hunter, at this point. Also speaks at seminars on his previous life’s work, usually at the request of his old associates.
Place of Residence: Has an apartment in Oakhurst, Cali, but travels a lot for seminars and hunting.
History:
Well… grew up in Oakhurst California, played in spent his summers in Yosemite, and his father was a founding member of Sierra-Online. Craig’s fondest memories of his father involve kings quest in it’s early development stages. Craig started attending USC at a relatively early age, where he met, and later worked with Dr John Martin. He went to school to become a lab doctor, and fight disease. He is very intelligent; He won acclaim for his early work on Stealth Viruses, along with his senior partner, John Martin, M D PhD, at USC. He rides along mostly on that success, speaking at different seminars, and gleaning royalties from the paper and book he co-authored with Dr. Martin. He also got a fairly large cut of the family estate when his father died when he was 26. When he was 30, he left USC, and California, now travels wherever his new ‘job’ leads him. He does, however, keep an apartment in Oakhurst.
He has a younger sister named Olivia. She’s married, has two children, and lives in Fresno, where her husband is a coach at CSU. Her husband’s name is Matthew Kirk. Their children are 5 an 7, names Marc-Andrew (goes by Andrew) and Anne, respectively. Craig rarely sees his niece and nephew, but adores them both, despite their child-messiness. Especially Anne.
When he was 3, his parent’s took him to Disneyland on vacation, and they stayed at his aunt and uncles house, on his father’s side. (names: Margaret and Phil LeGuin.) They owned 3 cats and 2 ferrets. While they were staying there, Craig slept in the cat’s room. He woke up, much to his parent’s horror, gasping for breath in the middle of the night. He simply couldn’t breath. They rushed him to the emergency room, but his body was forever changed: from that moment on, he was severely allergic to animal dander. Especially cats.
He became aware of the existence of vampires, were-creatures, and magic users in his college years; there were three main reasons for this: One, his research in the field of Stealth Virus’s; two, his best friend’s roommate was a magic-user. And three… he that was the age he started to pick up psychic influence from local were-people; especially the cats. Also, he’s allergic to them, so is constantly on anti-histamines.
He hated it. The early trauma had mostly caused his clean-freak psychosis. Animals were notoriously dirty, and add on top of that he was severely allergic to them: to have animalistic minds dirtying his thoughts and mental processes was unthinkable and detestable. Eventually, he discovered, though he does his best to deny it, that his great somethingth grandfather was (or is….) a were-cougar, from a Native American tribe, the Samish, which was part of the Salish tribal group, in current-day Western Washington.
