Below is a basic description of each species of creature available for play. More detailed information for each faction is located in a sub-forum on their specific RP board. More factions may be added at a later time but for now these are the choices:
Wolven ~ Werewolves with a twist.
Pard ~ The moon holds no sway over the Shift any longer and so the Wereleopards are more like Shapeshifters than anything. Over the years they have gained control of the beast and no longer go on killing sprees every full moon. At least, not normally...
Custoss ~ Pure evil. Do not try and bargain with Custoss, you will always come out on the loosing end, normally dead. From the deepest levels of Hell and the darkest levels of the Abyss come these creatures.
Angels ~ Not the typical type of Angels these. Instead of picturing them sitting on clouds all placidly I'd recommend looking for their horns under their halos. Mischievous, dangerous, and vengeful these are not your typical Angels.
Kindred ~ Dark, mysterious, brooding, irresistable. Not always your cold-blooded, err sorry, warm-blooded killers. Many of the Kindred try and fit in with human society and succeed for the most part. Just don't ask them out to dinner unless you're offering to be on the menu.
Conclave ~ All types of magic users such as witches, wizards, sorcerers etc. Some are 'good' witches, others 'bad' all are Hunted. No distinction is made by those doing the hunting.
Hunters ~ Typically psychic in some way or in some way mentally attuned to the dark creatures. They believe it is their role in life to rid the planet of "the dark ones".
Humans ~ The lowly, useless, stupid creatures of the world. Humans are typically used for food or servants by some of the darker "Dark Ones". By others they can be considered companions, or at the very least a necessary nuissance.
